The User dialog: Network group
To access this dialog:
- Click the Users object bar.
- Right-click in the resulting Users area above the object bars and select New. Or, right-click a user profile and select Open.
- Select Network group in the User selection settings.

Network group.
Use these settings when you define a new user or adjust user authorization.
Domain The name of the group's domain on the network. Group The name of the group on the network. Browse Lets you browse groups on the network. - The program keeps track of the user who most recently changed each document in the process log. You can use the #ProcessLog or #UserName variables to export this information in the transaction description.
- You can give specific users the ability to do or keep them from doing the following:
- Only those document profiles that a specific user needs to see can be displayed in Verify.
