Save job descriptions

Save a job description using Manager

  1. Click OK in the Job description dialog.
  2. If this is a new job description, type a name for the job description and click OK.
  3. If you created the job description within a document profile, and the document profile is open, save or close the document profile.

Save a job description using a production module

If you use Scan, Interpret, Verify or Transfer, to change the settings in a job description, you do not have to save a job description in order to use the new settings. If you close the module without saving the job description, a dialog is displayed that asks you if you want to save the job description.

To save a job description using a production module, select File > Save. If it is a new job description, type a name for the job description and click OK.
