Undo and Redo

The Undo and Redo controls on the Quick Access toolbar apply to functions on the Scan Settings and VRS Corrections tabs, as well as actions associated with document and page editing. Use Undo to reverse the most recent action; use Redo to reverse the most recent Undo action.

Click the arrow next to Undo or Redo on the Quick Access toolbar to view a list of actions that are available to undo or redo. You can undo or redo multiple actions at once. The list is arranged in reverse chronological order, with the most recent action at the top. When you close a batch, the list of actions that you can undo and redo is cleared; the list starts over each time you open a batch. The list is also cleared when you make changes on the Index Setup tab.

  1. On the Ribbon, click a setting on one of the tabs.
  2. On the Quick Access toolbar, click Undo or Redo.

The most recent Undo or Redo action is reversed.
