Setting the Annotation and Imprinter Position

Use the Text Controls window to set the position of text for annotation or imprinting.

  1. In the Units group, select a unit of measurement for the offset.
  2. In the Offset from top text box, set the distance of an annotation string from the top edge of a page.
  3. Select whether you want annotation performed on the image front or back, or both sides.
  4. In the Offset from left text box, set the distance of an annotation string from the left edge of an image. Be sure to select an offset measurement that remains within the length of the image.
