Deleting Documents

You can delete one or more documents, or delete selected images within a document or multiple documents.

If you delete a document by mistake, restore it by clicking Undo on the Quick Access toolbar.

Deleting One Document

  1. On the image viewer, select the document you want to delete.
  2. On the Document tab, in the Corrections group, click Delete.

    The selected document is deleted.

Deleting Multiple Documents

  1. On the image viewer, do one of the following:
    • Hold down the Shift key, and click the first and last consecutive documents to delete.

    • Hold down the Ctrl key, and click the non-consecutive documents to delete.

  2. On the Document tab, in the Corrections group, click Delete.

    The selected documents are deleted.

Deleting from the Selected Image to the End of the Document

  1. On the image viewer, click a document.
  2. Click the image that follows the image you want to become the final image in the document.
  3. On the Document tab, in the Corrections group, click Delete to End.

    The selected image and all subsequent images are deleted from the document.

Deleting from the Selected Image to the End of the Document for Multiple Documents

  1. On the image viewer, hold down Ctrl and click multiple documents.
  2. For each selected document, click the image that follows the image that you want to become the final image.
  3. On the Document tab, in the Corrections group, click Delete to End.

    The selected image and all subsequent images are deleted from each document.
