Merging Documents
Use the procedures below to combine or consolidate existing documents.
Merging with the Previous Document
- In the viewer, locate two consecutive documents to combine.
- Select the second document.

On the
Home tab, in the
Document group, click
Merge with Previous.
The selected document is merged with the previous document to form a single document.
Merging with the Next Document
- In the viewer, locate two consecutive documents to combine.
- Select the first document.

On the
Home tab, in the
Document group, click
Merge with Next.
The selected document is merged with the next document to form a single document.
Merging Multiple Documents
- In the viewer, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting each document to merge into a single document.

On the
Home tab, in the
Document group, click
Merge Selected.
The selected documents are merged into a single document.
