Connector

Sets the export connector for the job. Click the setup tool to open the window where you configure export preferences for the selected connector (with most connectors, you cannot export batches until the preferences are configured). For some export connectors, you need to provide login credentials to open the setup window. Export connectors appear on the Connector list if they have been registered.

PDF Options

Sets the export connector to export images in PDF or PDF/A format. Select None if images should not be exported in PDF format. If PDF settings are included on the setup window for the selected export connector, this window is not available.

Click the setup tool to open the PDF Setup window, where you configure processing preferences for Kofax connectors that are set to export images in PDF format.

Delete first page

Automatically deletes the first page of each document during the export process. The front and back images for the first page are deleted. This setting is available for most export connectors that are installed with Kofax Express.

To achieve the same result for other export connectors, select the "Skip first page of each document" setting on the export connector setup window.

Delete batch after export

Removes the batch contents from your installation after the batch is exported. Otherwise, you can access the batch contents after it is exported.

Create new batch after export

Automatically creates a new, empty batch once the batch export process is finished. If "Background export" is also selected, the new batch is created after the final batch is exported in the background.

Background export

Gives you the ability to scan or perform another Kofax Express operation while a batch export operation is in progress.
