Selecting an Index Field

Use this procedure to select an index field. You need more than one index field to complete this procedure.

  1. On the Index Setup tab, in the Index Fields group, click the list of index fields to expand it.

    Reorder the list by dragging index field names from one position to another within the list.

  2. On the list, click the name of the index field to select.

    The other settings on the Index Setup tab are refreshed.
