Indexing toolbar

While indexing documents, you can use the Indexing toolbar to navigate from one document to another, or to proceed to the next incomplete index field.

Indexing toolbar Controls

Control	Description
	First document: Displays the first document in the batch
	Previous document: Displays the previous document in the batch
	Next document: Displays the next document in the batch
	Last document: Displays the final document in the batch
	Next incomplete index field: Displays the next incomplete index field

When a current field cannot be validated, the problem entry is displayed in red until it is corrected. The source of the problem is displayed in a balloon message. You cannot move to the next incomplete field until the problem is resolved.
