Using the Recent Jobs List
When you open the Kofax Express menu, the Recent Jobs list appears in the right panel. You can select a job on the list without navigating any further in the application.
The Recent Jobs list consists of previously opened jobs. The list is arranged in reverse chronological order, with the most recently accessed job at the top. The list supports up to nine recent jobs.
If you want a job to remain on the Recent Jobs list indefinitely, even if it is not as recent as other jobs, click the Pushpin button next to the job name. Once the job is "pinned," it remains on the list until you "unpin" it.
The active Pushpin resembles the top
of a pushpin. When you unpin a job, the Pushpin resembles the side
of a pushpin.
You can pin up to eight jobs on the list. Regardless of pinning, the most recent job always appears at the top of the Recent Jobs list.
- Click the Kofax Express Button to open the Kofax Express menu.

On the
Recent Jobs list, click the job you want to open.
The selected job becomes active, and it is listed in the title bar of the Kofax Express window. The selected job is also moved to the top of the Recent Jobs list.
