The Invoice profile dialog: Learning invoices settings
To access this dialog:
- Using Manager, right-click an open invoice profile and select Settings.
- Click Learning invoices.
These settings control how many learning invoices are created for an invoice definition. The learning invoices are created by Verify and by the Verify operator.
| All invoices | Verify creates a learning invoice for all invoices (up to the maximum number you specify below). |
| Only unidentified invoices | Verify only creates a learning invoice for those invoices that were not identified by Interpret. |
| Maximum number of learning invoices to create | Specifies the maximum number of learning
invoices to create for each
invoice definition.
Note This number can be overridden by
Save to Optimize.
