The XML Maintenance dialog: Layouts tab
To access this dialog:
- Using the Manager module, select .
- Click the Layouts tab.
Use these settings to add fields to or delete fields from the layout (general template) for XML invoices.
You can also change the names of field headings in Optimize and in the PDF invoice images in this dialog.
|Layouts – Name||Description|
|General Template||The name of the default XML layout template that contains all fields that are included in or have been created in all invoice standards.|
|Field groups||The names of the sections for which fields can be added.|
|XML attachments||If selected, only those fields that concern attachments are displayed in the Fields table below.|
|Fields||If selected, only those fields that belong to the field category are displayed in the Fields table below.|
|Supplier||If selected, only those fields that belong to the supplier are displayed in the Fields table below.|
|Buyer||If selected, only those fields that belong to the buyer are displayed in the Fields table below.|
|Fields||The selection of the above header options determines what is displayed in this table. All fields that are included in the selected option are displayed.|
|Name||The name of the field type.|
|Display name||The name that is displayed for the field|
|Add field||Click to add a field to the selected header section of the general template.|
|Delete field||Click to delete a selected field.|
