The Update line shows the selection to be added, updated, deleted or searched from the table. There are three ways to use it:
- In the Update line, type a line you want to add to the table. Then click Append to add key values from the Update line to the end of the table.
- Note that the entries in tables are no longer case sensitive, as they were in previous versions of Kofax ReadSoft Invoices.
Double-click any line to copy it into the Update line, or type a
key value for a line in the update field. Then, you can either:
- Click Delete to delete the line from the table.
- Edit the Update line and then click Update.
