The Table dialog
To access this dialog:
- Using Manager, select File > New.
- In the New dialog, select Table and click OK.
Use this dialog when creating or editing a table.
Key | An acceptable field value. |
Connection 1 | An optional table used when validating fields using a connection table. |
Connection 2 | An optional table used when validating fields using a connection table. |
Translation | The value that replaces the key value when translating field values. |
Search | Searches for the key value you specify on the Update line. |
Update | Updates the Connection 1, Connection 2, and Translation columns with new or changed information typed in the Update line. |
Append | Adds new information typed in the Update line to the table. |
Delete | Deletes the selected key. |
Update line | Shows the selection to be added, updated, deleted, or searched from the table. |
