Customized Open Dialog

When the user clicks on the Open... button, the Loading template library dialog appears.

By default, Form Template Editor can open only .tlz files. The integrated template editor replaces the default file open dialog and allows browsing for previously saved template libraries in the ShareScan database. Using the textbox at the bottom of the dialog the full name of template library can be entered or the beginning of its name. In this case, the above list automatically navigates to the template whose name is the closest to the specified template name.

Delete button: On this dialog, the user is able to remove previously saved templates by selecting some templates. Right-click on the list and press the Delete button in the appearing context menu.

Export all to folder: By selecting this option, and specifying a target folder, it is possible to save all template library files at once. In this case, .tlz files are created in the selected folder with the same name as they are saved to the database.

Export to file: Using this option, the selected template library can be saved to .tlz file.

Import from files: Using this feature, it is possible to import the selected .tlz template library files to the ShareScan database.

Renaming the template libraries is also possible by clicking on their name. Keep in mind, that the template library names must be unique (otherwise an error message appears).
