Express Add Recipients settings

Field	Description
Search field	The first letters of the search criteria you selected on the server settings tab (First name, Last name, Common name, User ID). If you selected Search while typing on the Server settings tab, the Search List is populated with entries that match your criteria.
Search button	If Search while typing is not enabled, enter your search criteria and click the Search button to populate the list.
Search Settings	Change the search settings from those selected on the Server settings tab. The settings you choose apply only to the search you are performing. When you close the Add recipients window, your settings are not retained. Search settings: Base DN: Specifies where to start the search. Search On: Select First Name, Last Name, Common Name, or User ID. Search while typing: Enables or disables the Search while typing functionality for the related field at the device.
Search list	Displays the list of recipients that results from your search. Select a recipient and click To to add the recipient to the Message Recipients list. If you select Cc or Bcc from the Add button, the recipients will be added to the Cc or Bcc lists for the message and the button label will be Cc or Bcc.
Recipients list	Displays the list of recipient e-mail addresses. You can manually add a recipient e-mail address if you want to include a recipient who is not in your address book.
OK	Closes the window and updates the Express tab.
