Created invoices that are saved and not sent are placed on the list of draft invoices available on the Drafts tab. You can edit or delete the drafts.

  1. To access the list of draft invoices, click Invoice > Drafts.
  2. Locate an invoice and perform one of the following available options as required:
    • To view an invoice, click View or anywhere within the invoice row except the buttons.

    • To copy an invoice, click Copy.

    • To remove an invoice, click Delete in the invoice row.

    • To change an invoice, click Edit.

  3. Change the details as necessary. For more information on the settings, see Create new.
  4. Click Save to save the draft, PDF to view and download it as a PDF file, Send to send it, or Cancel to cancel the changes.
