Use the Upload file option to add several customers at a time.
- Under Add customers, click Upload file.
- Create an Excel file or use the suggested Excel template to manually enter the information into the file.
Choose to upload your file.
The file should only have one sheet. If several sheets are available in the file, only the information on the first sheet will be imported.
Follow the user interface instructions to map the Excel file columns to the corresponding fields in
Kofax Invoice Portal.
If you use the Excel template, all fields are mapped automatically.
If you use your own Excel file with the column heading numbers that correspond to the numbers on the Add customers by uploading a file from your system page, all fields are mapped automatically.
If you use your own Excel file without the column heading numbers, this mapping only needs to be done the first time. If you later upload a file with the same headings, the system will remember the mapping and provide it as a suggestion for confirmation. Not all fields need to be included.
