Unable to transfer an invoice

Transfer problems are usually caused by connection issues. You may receive the following error message by email:

Status: 12001: Transfer not successful

Cause: 20002: Transfer error - unable to re-attempt

Go to Invoice > Sent and locate the corresponding invoice.

  • If the invoice appears on the displayed list, it is successfully sent despite the connection issues.

  • If the invoice does not appear on the list of sent invoices or appears with an error indication, resend the invoice.

Also, verify that your servers work correctly and the receiving side is online and able to receive invoices.
