Onboarding with clearance service provider
If you want a clearance service provider to perform some operations (such as invoice clearance) on your behalf with other entities (for example, a governmental portal), you need to go through a simple onboarding process.
How to register with clearance service provider using an authentication token

Contact the entity and obtain an authorization token. Contact Invoice Portal support for instructions if necessary.

In the Invoice Portal, navigate to
and click the link in this section. -
In the displayed window, navigate to the Customer's data for onboarding section, paste the authentication token in the corresponding field and click Create a customer.
Once you have sent your authentication token, the onboarding process begins on the clearance service provider side. You can see all available information about your status, the corresponding requests that were made to the clearance service provider, and so on, in the current window. It contains the following sections:
Onboarding status
Before the registration in the clearance service provider, your status is Undefined. Once the onboarding is complete, the following statuses are possible:

N/A - the information about your status in the clearance service provider is not available.

Active - you are active in the clearance service provider.

Requires update - you are active in the clearance service provider, but some of your data requires an update (for example, the authorization token).

Disabled - you are disabled in the clearance service provider.
To disable a user in the clearance service provider, contact System Administrators.
Customer identifier with clearance service provider
Here you can find your clearance service provider ID. If your onboarding haven't been completed yet, your ID is unavailable.

Here you can enable the following services that a clearance service provider may perform for you:

Request log
This section contains information about requests that were made to the clearance service provider regarding your registration. You can see what kind of request was made, when it was created, updated, and completed, as well as the request's status and any errors if they occurred,
Customer's data for onboarding
In this section, you can provide the authentication token you obtained from a governmental portal to secure the clearance service provider communications with this portal on your behalf.
If you have already registered with the clearance service provider, use this section to provide an updated authentication token when necessary.
