Add a new customer

Contact the Kofax Technical Support team and request to add a new customer to the Invoice Portal registry (and Peppol registry if that is applicable).

Provide the Support Team with the following information:

  • Customer's company name

  • Customer's company ID

  • Customer's operator

  • Customer's operator ID (if available). If the customer uses Basware as operator, provide the Basware ID.

Depending on the country of registration, the following conditions should also be satisfied:

  • Denmark: The recipient must be registered to receive e-invoices in the NemHandel registry or in the Peppol registry. Some companies may have more than one Company ID, but all that are used to receive e-invoices must be registered in the NemHandel registry.

  • Finland: An interoperability agreement is required between operators.

  • Norway: If the customer is registered in ELMA, they must be added to the Invoice Portal registry as receiving electronic invoices in ELMA. Make sure to notify the Kofax Technical Support team if this is applicable to your case.

If you want to add multiple customers at once, create one support request and attach the list of the companies in TXT, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX format.
