Search and choose

You can search for a customer that is already a part of the Kofax Invoice Portal network.

  1. Under Add customers, click Search and choose.
  2. In the search box at the top, type at least three letters.

    The system can search for names, addresses, identifiers, and email addresses.

  3. In the list of search results, select the customer to add.
  4. Specify a deadline for the customer.

    The deadline is included in the invitations and reminders that you send to the customer. For example, you can state that after the deadline, you will no longer receive paper invoices.

  5. Click Add.
