Unable to locate sent invoices

Invoices sent to customers are located under Invoice > Sent.

To find sent invoices for a specific date range, under Filtering options, set the Date sent from field to the appropriate invoice date and click Filter. The Date sent from default value is the first day of the current month.

Also, the list of invoices displayed under Invoice > Sent is dependent on your membership level:

  • Free: Archive for the current and previous calendar month.

  • Basic: Archive for the current and preceding three calendar months.

  • Plus: Archive for the current and previous calendar year.

  • Premium: Archive for up to ten years.
