To see on which stage of the onboarding process your customers are, complete the following steps.
- Under Check customers, click Check and update.
Then you can:
- Search for a particular customer by typing their name, ID, or address in the search box at the top.
- Search for customers in a particular step of the onboarding process by selecting the stage.
- Filter the results based on how the customers were invited (email or letter).
- Filter the results based on which deadline the customers were assigned by specifying the deadline span. Click the filter button to access the list.
- Sort customers based on different criteria by clicking the column heading.
Export the marked items to Excel by clicking Export to Excel.
- Choose a customer and click the Edit icon to view and edit the customer information.
