Configure an InfoPrint Manager print queue

Use the Web System Manager > Devices > Physical Devices link to add an InfoPrint print queue to a physical device in Equitrac.

  1. Select a physical device, then select Add External Print Queue from the Select Action drop-down list.
  2. In the General Settings section, do the following:
    1. Enter a Name for the InfoPrint print queue.
    2. The Server defaults to the current DCE host. You can select a different server from the drop-down list.
    3. Select InfoPrint from the Type drop-down list.
  3. In the Source Server URIs section, do the following:
    1. Enter the URI to identify the location of the InfoPrint Manager server.

      URIs are in the format https://server:port/ipmnx or http://server:port/ipmnx depending if SSL is used or not.

      For example:

      • SSL enabled URI is https://server:port/ipmnx (https://<ipm_server_name>:14443/ipmnx)
      • Non-SSL URI is http://server:port/ipmnx (http://<ipm_server_name>:14080/ipmnx)
    2. Click Add to add the InfoPrint Manager server to the URI list.
    3. Perform these steps again to add multiple InfoPrint Manager servers.
    Although there can be multiple InfoPrint Manager print queses, only one external print queue can be assigned per Equitrac device.
  4. Click Save to save the configuration.
