Restrictions and limitations

  • The subject field is space sensitive, but case insensitive.
  • If an email comes through that does not have a subject specified on the subject list, it will always be categorized as "Default Subject".
  • The Default Subject is not removable.
  • The file size of the documents that can be processed by the SMTP Capture component is limited to 25 MB.
  • You can select to either Process Email, Route to SMTP Gateway or both under the Subject Configurations, but you must have at least one of those options selected.
