Basic form settings
A basic form provides basic settings to capture files from a MFP.

| General tab (Form Settings dialog box) | Use settings on this tab to configure general options for Kofax Unified Client for Toshiba v 1.0 forms. |
| Fields tab (Form Settings dialog box) | Add form fields on this tab. Fields can be used to prompt users for information or to assign default values to be used in a workflow. The field values will be passed as field RRTs to subsequent process and route components in a workflow. |
