Synchronize and assign app to users

After you linked and approved the app with the Managed Google Play account, the app must be synchronized with Intune portal before users can see and use it.

  1. In Intune home page, select Apps > All apps.
  2. Click Add then select Managed Google Play app.
  3. On the next page, click Sync to start the synchronization process.
    It can take some time.
  4. When the synchronization is completed, select the Kofax Business Connect app, which is synchronizeded from the Managed Google Play account. Assign it to the groups that needs access.
    1. Click Properties.
    2. Click Edit beside Assignments.
  5. On left menu, select App configuration policies.
  6. Click Add and select Managed devices.
  7. Select Android Enterprise platform and in Targeted app select Kofax Business Connect.
  8. Click Next to go to Settings page.
    1. Select Enter JSON data in Configuration settings format.
    2. Set the BC mobile server URL as valueString for the serveraddress key in the JSON template.
  9. Click Next and assign users, groups and devices.
  10. Click Create to save the new configuration policy.
