Forms

Use this tab to use the Validation, Verification, Scan, and Document review forms for a folder. You can use the same form for multiple folder types.

  1. Select the Validation, Verification, Scan, and Document review forms in their respective fields. For example, select a validation form on the Validation list.

    Alternatively, these fields are automatically updated when you generate or update a form with this folder. See Build a folder form.

  2. Save or release the folder.
    1. If the folder is locked by another user, the system displays a message, and the forms are not created.
    2. If the folder is locked by the current user, the system displays a warning. If the user proceeds, the forms are created, and the properties of the folder are updated.
    3. On regenerating the Validation, Verification, Document Review, or Scan forms, either overwrite the existing associated folder forms or create new ones. The regenerated forms have the associated folder name.
