Track jobs originating at the device

To correctly track jobs that are printed from the device, enable print tracking through the embedded device.

  1. Select the embedded device from the Devices list.
  2. Click on the link beside Tracked activities to open the Embedded device configuration dialog box.
  3. Ensure that Copy is selected, then click OK.
    Only copy and scan tracking is supported in this release.
  4. Click OK again.
