Equitrac configuration

To configure Equitrac to work with Unified Client for Konica Minolta, set up the following:

  • Print-to-Me.

  • Workflows for sending documents.

  • Billing codes and pricing for printing costs.

  • Color quotas.

  • Copy rules.

  • Account limits.

You can continue to use your Konica Minolta Combined Clients without conflict.

Configuring devices with account limits

If you enable account limits, configure the settings of each Konica Minolta device to make sure jobs are released successfully:

  1. In Windows, select Start > Control Panel > Printers & scanners.

  2. Select the device and open the Printer Properties window.

  3. Click the Configure tab.

  4. Click Obtain Settings.

  5. In the Obtain Settings window, clear the Auto option and click OK.

  6. Under Device Option, set User Authentication to ON (Enhanced Server).

  7. Click Apply to save the settings, and then click OK to close the Printer Properties window.
