Download installer packages

The following components are required for installing the Ricoh PCC software in Equitrac Office/Express 5.6 or 5.7 deployment:

  • Download the following software from the Kofax Downloads Web site (https://delivery.kofax.com):
    • Equitrac Office/Express 5.6 (build 5.6.25.5109 or later) with the latest hotfixes or Equitrac Office/Express 5.7 Fix Pack 1
    • Device Registration Service 7.14
    • Ricoh Client Packages (KofaxRicohPCC-<version>.zip)

The following components are required for installing the Ricoh PCC software in Equitrac 6.3.1 (ControlSuite 1.3.0.1 or later) deployment:

  • ControlSuite software: Log into your account, or create an account, at the Support Portal Information page. You can access the Entitlement Portal to download ControlSuite, based on the entitlements assigned to you after purchase. Check the Fulfillment Letter you received after purchase for additional information.
  • Ricoh Client Package: Download the PCC software package, KofaxRicohPCC-<version>.zip, from the Kofax Downloads Web site (https://delivery.kofax.com).
