Release All
When Release All is selected, all documents in Print-to-Me queues are released.
When the user presses Release All icon on Launcher screen and the Workflow
features indicate prompt for billing code for the Release All workflow, the user is
prompted for billing code before releasing all jobs. The released jobs are charged
to the entered billing code.
