Download device logs

If an issue or error occurs on the device, Fujifilm devices can generate logs to assist and provide information to support. When an error occurs, do the following:

  1. In a Web browser, enter the IP address of the device to open Internet Services.
  2. Log in as a machine administrator.
  3. From the System tab, click Logs > Diagnostic Log.
  4. Click Start.
After some time, the *.dat file is downloaded and can be sent to Fujifilm Support.
