Business processes

A normal business process, based on a process map, runs through a set of steps that must be completed in a specific order from start to finish. For example, the process of requesting a loan consists of several steps that must occur in a logical sequence: getting customer details, getting loan approval, and contacting the customer.

You can create, view, modify and delete a business process. You can also copy and unlock a process, and open a process version.
