Configure a TotalAgility Create job in case action for a NewMail event occurring in the Microsoft Exchange.

1. Navigate to Integration > Exchange.

   The Exchange page appears.

2. From the list of sites, click the Exchange site for which to configure the events.

   The Edit Exchange site configuration dialog box is displayed.

3. Click  for Events.

   The New Exchange event configuration dialog box is displayed.

4. On the Folder list, select the folder for which to configure the action. (Default: Inbox).
5. On the Event list, select the event for which to configure the TotalAgility action. (Default: NewMail)
6. On the Action list, select Create job in case. (Default: Create new job)
7. In the Process field, select the process map or case fragment to create a job in case.
   Note If the selected map has any initialization parameters, the parameters appear under Initialization Variables.
8. For Case identifier, do either of the following:

   • Click Case reference and select a dynamic value, or click  and enter a static value.

   • Click Case ID and select a dynamic value or enter a static value.

9. To map the metadata to initialization variables, in the Value field of each parameter, select a dynamic value, or enter a static value.
10. Click Save.

    The configured event appears under Events in the Edit Exchange site configuration dialog box. You can edit or delete the event.

11. Click Save.

    When a folder is created in the Exchange system, a job in case is created on the selected process map at runtime displaying the correctly populated variables.
