Unlock a case

Whenever a case is released, it is locked by default so that other resources cannot modify it. Use the Unlock option to allow modification.

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Case definitions.
  2. On the context menu of the case to unlock, click Unlock.
    On confirmation, the case is unlocked and is available for modification.
    Note You can lock a case again. When you open an unlocked case, a message appears to confirm whether to lock the case for modification. On confirmation, the case is locked.
