Configure an Evaluate document set activity

Configure an Evaluate document set activity within a process, case and case fragment. This activity is not supported in a business rule.

  1. Add an activity to the map.

    By default, the Configuration tab is open in the properties panel of the activity.

  2. Change the default Name of the activity to something meaningful.
  3. On the Type list, select Document set > Evaluate document set.
    To add a document set activity to the process, you must turn on Document set from the process Modeling bar. By default, the Document set is turned off.
  4. Optional. On the Document type list, select a document type.

    Note If you specify a document type, the rule defined against that document type is evaluated and the document set is updated at runtime. Otherwise, the rules defined against all the documents types are evaluated and the document set is updated.

  5. Save the process map.
