Properties of a Create new associated job control

Configure the Create new associated job under the following tabs:

General

Use this tab to configure the general properties of a Create new associated job control.

Name	Description
Type	The type of the control.
Name	A unique name for the control. (Default: createNewAssociatedJob1)
Tooltip	Provides supplementary information.
Enabled	Enables the control at runtime. (Default: Selected)
Security token	Makes the information in the form secure. See Security tokens.
Session ID	Validates and identifies the currently logged-on user. Specify the Session ID for the control by selecting the required global variable, form variable or a form control, or providing an inline value.

Configure the Create new associated job control.

Case reference	A variable (global or from), a form control or a static value.
Case/Job ID	A variable (global or from), a form control or a static value.
Allow business process creation	By default, the following fields appear at runtime. Case reference Type: Process or Fragment. When you select Fragment, the Process list shows only fragments. Category: Displays the categories that the logged-on user has access to. (Default: Working category). This option is only displayed if you select the Process type. Process: Displays list of processes. If you select the Fragment type, the Process list only displays fragments. If this option is not enabled, the following fields appear at runtime: Case reference Process: Displays fragments related to the case definition for the Job ID or Case reference.
