Configure field zoom settings

You can configure auto-zoom area for individual fields or all fields within a document.

  1. Navigate to Capture > Field zoom settings.

    The Field zoom settings page appears. The list of existing extraction groups appear.

  2. Click New.

    The Add field zoom settings dialog box is displayed.

  3. On the Document type list, select a document type.

    The fields associated with the document type appear in the table. The fields within the table are grouped by Field with coordinates and Field without coordinates.

  4. To add the zoom setting for a field with associated coordinates, do the following:
    1. Select Enable for the field.

      To add the zoom setting for all the fields, select Enable on the header.

    2. Do either of the following:

      • To set a different Zoom level, increment the zoom value for the field. (Default: 1)

      • To set the auto-zoom of a field relative to field zone size, select the check box for Zoom to fit.

  5. To add the zoom setting for a field without any associated coordinates, do the following:
    1. Select Enabled for the field.

      To add the zoom setting for all the fields, select Enabled on the header.

    2. Set the Zoom level. (Default:1)
    3. On the Select page list, specify which page of the document to navigate to. Available options are:

      • Page

      • Last

      • Current

    4. Do either of the following:

      • To set a different Zoom level, increment the zoom value for the field. (Default: 1)

      • To set the auto-zoom of a field relative to field zone size, select the check box for Zoom to fit.

  6. Click Save.
