Define record fields manually

  1. In the Record column, click the Plus sign to add a new field.
  2. Assign a field name and select a field type.
  3. Click OK.

    The field appears in the record area. You can now use this custom field for record mapping.

  4. To map database columns or derived fields to a manually created record field, click and drag the database field on the left to the manually created record field name on the right.

Map or remove multiple fields

  1. To map multiple fields, select them on the left and then click the Create and map selected fields button.
    All selected fields are mapped and listed on the right.
  2. To remove multiple fields, select them from the list of mapped fields, right-click, and then click Remove field.
    All selected fields are removed.
