Delete data

Use the Delete data option whenever you need to remove data from project data database for a certain period of time.

  1. From the Guide, under Load Data, click the Load data link or select Data load module on the Documents Tree.
  2. On the left pane, select the required items for Records, Metrics, Processes, and Translation tables.
  3. On the right pane, set the appropriate time period for the data to exclude.
  4. Click the Delete data button to remove data from the Data mart.
