Define record fields

You can easily create a record field by selecting a source and looking to the Fields column to see the populated fields from that source.

Click and drag a field listed under the Fields column (left side) to the Record column (right side).

When you drag the first date field, you are prompted to create a time filter. As a result, a WHERE clause is added to the query generated for the record to limit the order records returned based on this date field. This approach supports incremental data loading.

On the Property Panel, in the Details group, you can determine whether to Convert to server time. By default, this check box is selected. Use this option to adjust the time shift when you need to load data from servers located in different time zones. Clear the check box to load data as of original local time of servers.
