Troubleshooting

The most general solution for restoring functionality for Form Template Editor is to delete all content in the default temporary working folder from the drive it is installed on.

  1. Delete all content in the default temporary working folder.
    On Windows, it is C:\Users\Current User\AppData\Local\OmniPage\TemplateEditor by default.

    This clears all previous Form Template Editor application data and the application starts with an empty New Library created.
