Drop out pre-printed color

Follow the steps numbered on the figure below to drop out a pre-print color for improved data processing:

Note Color pre-print removal is not visible in the editor, but improves the outcome.
  1. Click Home > Page tools > Dropout color picker. For details on color dropout see Dropout color picker.

    The cursor changes to the Dropout color picker icon with a cross in its top-left corner indicating that you can mark the color sample area.

  2. Mark an area that contains some of the pre-printed color foreground and some background color as well.
  3. Draw anchor zones and fillable field zones manually or click Auto process page to process the loaded form image. See Define zones for details.
