Log on to Quick Skins

You can log on to Quick Skins application either from the Windows Start menu or directly using the Quick Skins URL.

When you install Kofax TotalAgility, Quick Skins is automatically installed and available under TotalAgility Apps. Ensure you have access for the following to use the Quick Skins application:

  • Designer

  • Process

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Kofax TotalAgility > TotalAgility Apps.

    The TotalAgility Apps landing page is displayed.

  2. Select the Quick Skins card, or click Quick Skins in the navigation menu.

    Alternatively, you can directly log on to Quick Skins application using the Quick Skins URL.

    The Quick Skins list page is displayed.

    Any existing templates are displayed with the following details:

    Template name, Locked By, Last modified by, Last modified date and Version.

    Expand the template to see the existing skins.

    You can filter on template by Type (Business process, Case definition or Case Fragment) or Category.

    You can also search for a specific template by entering the template name in the Search field and clicking .
