Manage a Quick Capture solution

You can modify, delete and lock or unlock a solution.

To manage your Quick Capture solution, navigate to the Capture solutions list page.

The list of Quick Capture solutions is displayed.

Edit a Quick Capture solution

You can modify a Quick Capture solution, such as change the language of your documents to be processed, or select a different subjob from Workflow.

  1. On the Capture solutions list, click the solution to modify. Alternatively, on the context menu of the solution, click Edit.

    The Solution details page appears.

  2. Make changes as needed.
  3. Save the solution.

Lock or unlock a Quick Capture solution

You cannot lock a Quick Capture solution that is locked by another resource.

To lock a solution, in the Capture solutions list, on the context menu of the solution, click Lock.

To unlock a solution, on the context menu of the solution, click Unlock.

Delete a Quick Capture solution

You cannot delete a Quick Capture solution that has live jobs associated with it.

To delete a Quick Capture solution, in the Capture solutions list, on the context menu of the solution, click Delete. On confirmation, the selected solution is deleted.

Note When you delete a Quick Capture solution, the process that was made available in the TotalAgility Designer System settings as part of this solution is removed.

Edit a Quick Capture solution in the TotalAgility Designer

  1. In the TotalAgility Designer, navigate to Workflow > Business processes.
  2. Click the Quick Capture solution to edit.

    A confirmation message appears.

  3. Click Yes if you choose to remove the Quick Capture solution leaving the generated items as standalone items.
    Note After you edit the solution in TotalAgility Designer, you cannot edit it again in Quick Capture.
