Verify extractions

Allows you to configure a verification activity in the solution.

  1. Click the User Operations tab and click Verification.
  2. To manually verify the extracted data, select Yes using the toggle button. (Default: No)
  3. To assign individuals or groups to verify the process results at runtime, do either of the following:
    To create a new resource, click Create new.

    1. In the New group dialog box, enter the name for the group.

    2. Click Add to add group members.

      The Add group members dialog box is displayed.

    3. Add individuals or groups and click Done.

    4. Click Save.

    To add an existing resource, click Add.

    1. In the Add verifiers dialog box, add groups or individuals.

    2. Click Done.

  4. Enter the Average duration to complete the verification. (Default: 0 Minutes)
  5. When verification is complete, to allow workflow to be performed before progressing, select Yes using the toggle button and then select the process on the Workflow list.

    The Workflow list only includes processes that are made available within "System settings" in TotalAgility Designer. You must have access to the category the process belongs to; otherwise, you will not be able to see the process in the list.

  6. Click Save.
