Log on to Business Data

You can log on to Business Data application either from the Windows Start menu or directly using the Business Data URL.

When you install Kofax TotalAgility, Business Data is automatically installed and available under TotalAgility Apps. Ensure you have access for the following to use the Business Data application:

  • Designer

  • Process

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Kofax TotalAgility > TotalAgility Apps.

    The TotalAgility Apps landing page is displayed.

  2. Select the Business Data card, or click Business Data in the navigation menu.

    Alternatively, you can directly log on to Business Data application using the Business Data URL:

    http://<server name>/TotalAgility/designer/#/quickbusinessdata/home

    The Business Data page displays the list of business data created in the TotalAgility Designer for all business rule types.

    Quick Skins: List page

    The business data associated with business rule, decision tree and decision table are displayed with the following details:

    Name, Locked By, Last modified by, Last modified date and Version.

    Click the item to open the item in a new browser tab. The list of business data associated with the item is displayed.
