Provide review details
You can add a document review activity to your process and assign the activity to the resources and set the average duration.
- Click the User Operations tab and click Review.

To manually review the document classification results, select
Yes using the toggle
button. (Default: No)
The invalid documents are highlighted for your review.

To select users or groups who can perform the review, do either of
the following.
To create a new resource, click Create new. -
In the New group dialog box, enter the name for the group.

Click Add to add group members.
The Add group members dialog box is displayed.

Add individuals or groups and click Done.

Click Save.
To add an existing resource, click Add. -
In the Add reviewers dialog box, add groups or individuals.

Click Done.

- Enter the Average duration to complete the review. (Default: 0 Minutes)

When review is complete, to allow workflow to be performed before
progressing, select
Yes using the toggle
button and then select the process on the
Workflow list.
The Workflow list only includes processes that are made available within "System settings" in TotalAgility Designer. You must have access to the category the process belongs to; otherwise, you will not be able to see the process in the list.
